Because I experienced data loss at my own MSP. One day, after a system failure at one of my clients, I went to restore data from backups that were showing “good / no issues” in their dashboards and reporting. To my horror, I found that the backups were not viable, creating a data loss event and an unhappy client.

Over time, my team and I have developed the process utilized first at my MSP, and now today at Servosity, to ensure that data loss never occurs through properly testing an MSP’s disaster recovery strategy.
